Does your unit want to sell popcorn? Sign-ups are being done through the CampMaster online reservation system. Only those designated in CampMaster as a leader will be able to sign the unit up. If you are not designated as a leader, but you want to sign the unit up, please use the form found here. You can return it via email or fax to 214-902-6789.

WHY SO EARLY?
​​​​​​Great question! We want units to get signed up now, so we can assist them in preparing for their sale and so they don't miss any opportunities. One such opportunity is the Michael Beck Sales Training. Attending that sales training earns a unit an extra 1% commission and there are only 3 training dates available. We wouldn't want anyone to miss out! 

The only thing there is to do right now is sign up to sell and mark the training dates on your calendar so you don't miss extra commission opportunitites. It's ok if you don't know who will be leading your sale in the Fall. We can always update the contact if you make a change and pass the torch! 


NEW COMMISSION STRUCTURE - UP TO 31% AVAILABLE

26%      Base commission
1%          Attend 1 of 3 Michael Beck Sales Trainings in 2017
1%          Attend 1 of 7 Unit Kernel Trainings in August
1%          Have popcorn account 100% settled by December 8

Plus, there is bonus commission!

If your unit did not sell popcorn in 2016, you automatically earn an additional 2%!

If your unit sold in 2016 and has a 15% increase in total sales OVER your 2016 total sales, you earn an additional 2%!

Please also note that the council pays 4% for prizes earned by your Scouts who sell popcorn (at no cost to your unit).

That is a total of 35% returned to your unit in prizes and cash commission!

 

CASES vs. CONTAINERS - NEW FOR 2017

Because units are required to order popcorn in full-case quantities, units often have a small amount of leftover product. This remaining popcorn is used to fill late Scouts’ orders, assist nearby units with their needs, and any remaining popcorn is often dispatched with a final Show & Sell. (It also makes great gifts for the school administrator who assists your unit or for your charter partner!)

Based on feedback from last year’s sale, we have designed a method to help those units that want to order an exact amount of product, to the container.

The Show & Sell order process will not change. Those orders will still be placed in full cases.

For Take Order ONLY - you must still place your full case orders through the CAMP MASTERS popcorn system by November 10th.

If you still need a container, or a few containers, then you can place a container order through a different system (link to be provided at a later date) on that same day.

The deadline to place any containers orders is November 10th. There will be no orders accepted after that date. Orders placed by November 10th are guaranteed.

Your full case orders will be picked up on December 2nd at your district's assigned warehouse location and your invoice will reflect your container order. Your container orders will be available for pick-up beginning December 5th at a location to be announced.
